Taking time to intentionally write a card - not just an email - shows a leader or mentor’s hard work is appreciated and creates an opportunity to reflect on their positive impact on our career and life.

So we create a set of beautiful postcards - some left intentionally blank and others with prompts - to help acknowledge the great leaders in our lives.
