Frustrated that much of the research on leadership stays behind the closed doors of academic institutions, Illuminaire believes there is a need, now more than ever, to bring the latest data and insight to leaders across the world.

Illuminaire Institute was founded in 2022 with a mission to inspire transformation at individual, organisational, and societal levels through insights grounded in research, helping us learn how to live out leadership in our everyday lives. 

In 2024, we proudly launched Illuminaire Press, an annual print and digital publication that makes the latest research accessible through storytelling and art. It's a beautifully curated collection of the best of leadership research and data, as well as insightful interviews and inspiring stories with leaders from around the globe.

Looking ahead, we have big plans for 2025, including a full suite of digital masterclasses, Volume 2 of Illuminaire Press, and expanding our impact as a global leadership learning organisation throughout new cities and countries around the world.

  • The great leader-shift - leading system change: this masterclass unpacks the latest research and practice that starts with system thinking. It focuses on leaders can develop new leadership capabilities at the interplay of leading self, teams, organisations, wider community and society. Do you travel outside the UK?

While most of our work thus far has been within the UK, Illuminaire has a global reach, and we have already received a great deal of interest in our work from organisations in other countries. If you are from outside the UK, please don’t see this as a barrier to working with us - do get in touch!

Do you offer coaching sessions?

Yes! We can deliver our work in collaboration with experienced executive coaches to deliver one-to-one coaching and professional skills development training with executives.
