At Illuminaire Leadership, we are committed to equipping leaders with research-led insights to navigate the complexities of living leadership. As we integrate artificial intelligence into our practices, we uphold principles that protect and enable creativity, prioritise human-centred approaches, and ensure the ethical use of AI.

• We view AI as a tool to augment human creativity, not replace it. We believe that AI’s uses should be applied sparingly and thoughtfully, and that a drive for convenience shouldn’t undermine the messy, human process of creative expression. We know that AI can be helpful to provide structure, framing or strategic insight for creative outputs, but as creative leaders we strongly believe in owning the creative process ourselves.
   

• We ensure that AI tools do not overshadow our unique voice as Illuminaire, nor the voices and experiences of the leaders we serve, work and co-create with. Whether you're reading one of our Substack essays or following us on Instagram, there is a human creating the words and images we publish. 
  

• Data privacy and security: We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of data used in our AI systems, adhering to data protection standards.
  

• Continuous evaluation: We regularly assess the AI tools we are using to ensure they align with our ethical standards and make necessary adjustments in response to new insights and societal changes.
